Why Weddings By Proxy?

For years Pastor Nancy and Weddings by Proxy we have been helping couples obtain an official US Marriage license when circumstances are not in your favor. Our location in Overland Park, Kansas, right next to the Johnson County Court House, gives us the unique ability to facilitate Proxy Marriages that must happen in the State of Kansas.  The reasons for needing a proxy marriage can be complex and unique and Pastor Nancy is a leader in the wedding industry with decades of experience helping people through the complex process.  Some of our couples are deployed military members that need to quickly extend military benefits to their partners. Others are foreign nationals that wish to be married to a US, or non-US citizen, and it would be very difficult to obtain the marriage in their home countries. Sometimes health issues do not allow for extended travel but the marriage needs to be official for various reasons, or your spouse-to-be is incarcerated and you would like access to the rights and privileges afforded to immediate family members.
